Fonda Hayes
Co-Owner/Operations Manager
Fonda brings over 25 years of experience in gymnastics, coaching, and business operations. Her career has blended athletic leadership with business expertise, including roles in accounting, gym operations, and customer service.
Her passion for the sport is deeply personal with all three of daughters being competitive gymnast before, giving her a parent’s perspective on the importance of safety, structure, and quality instruction. Her leadership has helped transform gymnastics programs into thriving, community-driven spaces.
She holds multiple USA Gymnastics certifications, she is SafeSport, CPR, and First Aid certified, and continues her professional development through national workshops and seminars.

Sabrina Buie
Co- Owner/Program Director
Sabrina has been involved in gymnastics for most of her life, spending 12 years as a competitive gymnast before transitioning into coaching. She began coaching right after her own gymnastics career and continued throughout college while attending the University of Georgia, where she earned her degree in Marketing.
Over the years, Sabrina has coached every level from Mommy & Me classes to Bronze, bringing energy, creativity, and a deep understanding of the sport to each group she works with. She has also served as a Program Director and Summer Camp Director at another gymnastics facility, gaining extensive experience in program development and athlete engagement.
Passionate about working with children, Sabrina loves watching her athletes grow in confidence, learn new skills, and develop a lifelong love for gymnastics.

Chas Buie
Co-Owner/Business Development Director
Chas is a Savannah native and former local athlete in both soccer and football, bringing a competitive spirit and team-focused mindset to the business side of the gym.
With a background in entrepreneurship, Chas previously ran a successful digital marketing company, honing skills in branding, social media strategy, and business growth. This expertise now fuels his role at Rise, where he focuses on expanding programs, building community partnerships, and ensuring the gym continues to thrive.
Dedicated to driving growth and creating new opportunities, Chas works to position Rise Gymnastics as the premier training facility in the region.

Tiffanee Brown
Xcel Director/Team Coach
Coach Tiffanee brings over 20 years of coaching experience to Rise Gymnastics. An incredibly accomplished coach, she was most recently named Coach of the Year by Connect Savannah’s Best, a testament to her dedication, technical expertise, and the positive impact she has on her athletes.
Tiffanee is passionate about helping gymnasts reach their full potential, blending a strong technical foundation with a supportive, encouraging coaching style.

Sarah O'Quinn
Team Coach
Sarah has been coaching for over 15 years. Sarah started coaching at 14 and became a USA Gymnastics Professional judge at 16. Sarah has worked clinics at several gyms along the east coast and really honed in her coaching skills while working as a Team Coach at Capital Gymnastics National Training Center in Northern VA, assisting in sending many athletes to State, Regional, and National Championships. Sarah has coached all levels from Pre-team through Level 10 and currently coaches our Homeschool Teams and Xcel Silver-Level 9

Molly Reynolds
Team Coach
Coach Molly brings a wealth of experience and passion to her coaching. A decorated gymnast at the University of Pennsylvania, she led her team to three conference championships, earned two individual All-Around conference titles, and multiple event titles. Her exceptional senior year culminated in being named NCAA Northeast Co-Gymnast of the Year and serving as Co-Captain of the Penn Gymnastics team. Molly’s coaching journey began at age 14 and she has coached competitive gymnastics locally since 2008. Before her collegiate career, she was a Level 10 competitor at Peach State Gymnastics in south Atlanta. Molly's deep love and understanding of gymnastics fuels her passion for helping athletes achieve their full potential and find their own love for the sport.

Sabrina Madsen
Team Coach
Sabrina brings over 25 years of experience as a gymnast, coach, and Sports Medicine Professional. Trained by 1988 Olympian Missy Marlowe, she became the first Level 10 gymnast at Missy Marlowe Gymnastics and earned a full athletic scholarship to Southern Utah University for her Vault and Bars talent.
Now a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master’s in Sports Medicine, Sabrina owns First City Fitness & Savannah Cirque and continues to compete internationally for Team USA in the circus arts, earning multiple World and National medals.
She’s passionate about helping gymnasts build strength, confidence, and life skills through discipline and hard work.

Alexa Hofner
Team/Recreational/Ninja Coach
Alexa was a competitive gymnast for three years and also spent two years in competitive cheer. She has been coaching for four years, teaching cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics during that time.
Outside the gym, Alexa is passionate about fitness and health. She holds multiple personal training certifications covering anatomy, nutrition, behavioral science, and business.

N'Kaylis Rolling
Team Coach
Coach. N competed all the way through high school in the Xcel program. She has been coaching at Rise for about 2 years, (started in the summer of 2023). Her favorite event as a gymnast was vault, and as a coach she love coaching bars. she loves art, cartoons, dance, and her favorite color is yellow.

Morgan Walker
Recreational Director/Coach
Morgan has over 18 years of coaching experience from coaching crawling toddlers to level 6 gymnasts. She has been involved in gymnastics since she was 8 years old, spending 10 years as a competitive gymnast. Throughout Morgan's coaching career, she has developed successful preschool and recreational programs in Scottsdale, Arizona and Savannah, Georgia. Morgan is passionate about teaching children new skills, watching them grow through the sport and finding a love for gymnastics.

Jaylan Hayes
Admin Assistant/ Front Desk
Jaylan has been in the gymnastics world for most of her life! She was a gymnastics coach for 9 years, teaching kids from ages 3-13 in preschool and recreational as well as team! She also was a competitive gymnast and all star cheerleader!
Jaylan recently graduated from Augusta University and is interning with the Savannah Ghost Pirates while working for us!

Lucie Kellum
Front Desk/Recreational/Preschool Coach
Coach Lucie coaches pre-K and recreational classes, and you can also see her at the front desk sometimes as well! She loves creating a fun, imaginative space for kids to learn and grow. She’s been working with children for several years, and her favorite part of coaching is helping kids grow and build confidence while having fun.

Preschool/Recreational Coach
Amelia was a gymnast for 8 years and has been coaching for a year. She has coached recreational and intermediate recreational. Her favorite colors are pink and blue

Abbey Slingluff
Recreational Coach
Abbey loves working with young children and helping them learn the basics of gymnastics in a fun, safe, and supportive way. Her goal is to help each child build confidence, coordination, and a love for being active!
She was a competitive gymnast for about three years and in her free time she loves watching a good movie and hanging out with her friends and family.
